Communication is key! To assist with improving communication skills, the working group has created a wonderful resource called “Members’ Communication Guide: A Familiarization Workshop.” (#837) The workshop provides the basics of communication and will help you to share them with your members. The Modules include the Principles of Effective Communication, Types of Communication, Best Practices, Barriers to Communication and Further Resources. Members are encouraged to utilize this important resource that will help improve, streamline and expedite internal and external communications as well as increase the effectiveness of communication within and from the League.
