This excellent resource, The Joy of Leadership Workshop (#835) is ready for presentation. I encourage councils to present this useful workshop from the Addressing Critical Issues Working Group.
A focus on ministry helps to outline and organize what members can do as a council and helps define various areas of ministry work. It asks, “What is ministry?” In defining ministry, the workshop takes councils through faith, service and social justice and helps councils in the new structure. I commend the working group for this resource. It can be found by clicking on “Resources” and selecting “Workshops” from the dropdown menu.
