Implementation Committee Update—August 2023

The Goal 2, year four working group members have completed their final task for the “Faith Organizations” action plan. An informational and motivational video on the call of all baptized Catholics to work toward collaboration and partnering with Christian denominations and people of other major world religions. The video will be available early in 2024.
For year five, the software collaboration working group’s strategy is to “research software to facilitate collaboration and ease the burden among teams.” Both members who are a part of this team have extensive experience in the digital world and are keen to share this experience to allow council members at any level to communicate more efficiently with one another and reduce the stress and time for better communication. The working group will reach out to members to collect input on current and future needs and requirements for all levels to better understand how councils use software in their League work.
