Touching the Past, Focusing on the Future
Over the past five years, working group members have volunteered thousands of hours to deliver the strategies of the strategic plan. They willingly shared the time and the talents God gave them to develop resources. These resources help members communicate better, educate and train, and promote the League.
To ensure members stay with the “sign of the times”, a working group has recently developed a 10-point protocol and guide to evaluate spiritual programs. To help build membership and attract parish leaders, another group has researched why some leaders in parish ministries have not joined the League. They are currently developing a recruitment guide. These, and the many other resources on the national website www.cwl.ca, have been gifted to all members.
In 1920, members joined together to build a strong foundation that has stood the test of time. The future, however, is in our hands. How will we be remembered?
