A General Meeting held on January 12th with the Church of the Ascension Parish Council (Parksville, BC). Father Thomas prayed for their Council, blessing them with holy water as well as the gavel that was given by Past President Carmen Tellier to incoming President, Sandi Digras. Carmen also passed her President Pin to Sandi. Following the mass and installation, the first General Meeting was held by the new Council. BC & Yukon Provincial Communications Chair Christa Grillmair was the guest speaker and explained the new direction of the League and how all members can participate.
