12 Hours of Prayer for Palliative Care Kit (2024)

Apr 24, 2024 | In the News, Media, News Releases

The 2024 version of the 12 Hours of Prayer for Palliative Care Kit is now available!

After being “under construction” for the last month, the kit is now updated with fresh prayers and current facts and statistics. It is now more inclusive and can be used by all parishioners, members and parish councils. This was a collaborative effort involving the three national chairpersons, Rolande Chernichan (faith), Joline Belliveau (service) and Glenda Carson (social justice).

Prayers are needed for the vulnerable, the terminally ill, those advanced in age, health care workers and providers and Canadian lawmakers. Prayers for those who require access to palliative and hospice care are needed.

This kit is designed with flexibility and will encourage all members to pray the 12 hours for palliative care.

Your sister in Christ,

Joline Belliveau
National Chairperson of Service
