The Basilica-Cathedral of St. John the Baptist Parish Council (St. John’s, NL) celebrated their 50th anniversary on December 8th with sisters from across the local area. Council president Harriet Doyle awarded long-time member Mrs. Tracy her 50th year pin and Fr. Critch presented her with a gift, a picture of the Basilica.
