St. Kevin Parish Council (Welland, ON) celebrated their 75th anniversary with a special mass served by League members, participating on the altar, as Eucharistic Ministers, and as gift bearers. Following mass, a reception was held in the parish hall where congratulatory letters from the local mayor, MP, MPP, Diocesan President, and Bishop were on display and well as scrapbooks and memorabilia.
The event was attended by National President Betty Colanieri who brought greetings, and by St. Catharines Diocesan Past President Deedee Alexandre. On display was a floral arrangement created by the City of Welland to acknowledge this milestone.
