Lucia Vacca is the recipient of the Patricia Beattie Auxiliary Level Mentoring Award in recognition of her service and mentoring to League members by sharing her God-given gifts. She was awarded this on April 25th at the 102nd Convention for the Diocese of Toronto.
She has been a member of St Joseph Highland Creek Parish Council for over 27 years, having served at the Parish, Scarborough and Toronto Diocese levels.
18 members from the Parish celebrated this award with her at the Convention, with their Spiritual Advisor and Pastor, Fr Francis Folleh.
