On March 7, 2018, Member of Parliament Colin Fraser, West Nova presented members from St. Ambrose Parish Council (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia) a certificate of thanks for outstanding community leadership. The council’s St. Ambrose Quilters initiative helps seniors take part in the creation of beautiful quilts and to stay socially active.
