Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Council (Stratford, PEI) recently presented “Kitbags of Kindness” to Bethany Robertson, Director of Blooming House, a local transitional housing for women. Blooming House also provides meals, social activity and supportive information related to permanent housing. The purchase of the kitbags was funded by Hillsboro Funeral Home and members and parishioners donated personal necessities to fill the kitbags.
