RE: Pausing Online Membership System launch
Dear sisters in the League,
This memo is to inform you that national office has decided to pause the launch of the new membership system for the time being. Although we are looking forward to implementing a system that streamlines how members interact with national office, further testing and adjustments are needed to ensure it operates as intended. This will also give me as the new director of administration, opportunity to fully review the changes before they take place. Rather than rush the process and risk unnecessary disruptions, staff will continue to work on this behind the scenes. The current system will stay in place and will remain available until further notice. The previously stated April 2, 2026 cut-off date no longer applies; please continue to submit online membership remittances and use the system as per usual.
Once the new system is fully ready to launch, staff will provide advanced notice, information and resources to help facilitate your learning. We realize this has been a long process and greatly appreciate your patience. If you have any questions on this issue, please contact me at director@cwl.ca.
