Day three of the pilgrimage had our League pilgrims visiting the Monastery of the Three Fountains followed by Mass celebrated by Bishop Campeau in the chapel at the Catacombs of Saint Sebastian. They were also able to walk through the catacombs located below the church. Their final stop was at the Basilica of Saint Paul where they were able to take a group photo in front of the statue of Saint Paul.
The League’s pilgrimage journey day four began with Mass at Santi Spirit in Sassia, celebrated by Bishop Campeau, followed by Mass celebrated by Pope Leo XIV in St. Peter’s Square, concluding with the Angelus at noon. The 75,000 people in attendance were thrilled when he was driven around the square in his popemobile to wave to everyone. The final stop of the day was Santuario del Divino Amore.
