Family violence is a widespread social problem in Canada and worldwide. The World Health Organization estimates that one in three women globally has experienced violence in an intimate relationship during her lifetime. In this webinar, you will learn about different forms of family violence, research on the unique vulnerabilities of religious families to violence and abuse, and suggestions for how to harness the resources of the Catholic faith to respond as individuals and church congregations.
