A Message of Prayer and Solidarity from National President Betty Colaneri
Members of The Catholic Women’s League of Canada are profoundly saddened by the tragedy in Tumbler Ridge.
From coast to coast, members are united in prayer for those who lost their lives, for their grieving families and for all who have been injured. Our hearts extend beyond the families directly affected to embrace the entire community during this difficult time. We hold in prayer the students who endured fear and uncertainty as a result of this tragedy, asking that they may find comfort and peace.
Please be assured of our continued prayers. May the Lord grant eternal rest to those who have died, bring healing to the injured and comfort and strengthen all who mourn.
