A delegation from the League is in Ottawa this week to meet with members of parliament (MPs) about issues that matter to members! The delegation began its day at Parliament Hill with a celebration of the Eucharist organized by MP Garnett Genius (Sherwood Park—Fort Saskatchewan). The celebrant was Fr. Timothy Nelligan, a retired priest from the Military Ordinariate.
Following Monday’s Mass, the League delegation met with Member of Parliament (MP) Garnett Genuis (Sherwood Park—Fort Saskatchewan) and his colleague, MP Carol Anstey (Long Range Mountains) to discuss resolutions and current issues.
