St. Louis Parish Council (Louisdale, NS) held their second annual baby shower for One Plane Away, an organization which supports mothers and babies in Nunavut’s 25 fly-in communities.
In 2024, 55 boxes were transported to Iqaluit for distribution. This year, 31 boxes were filled with the help of “Shelby Shines On – Acts of Kindness Society”. Members and friends contributed baby items to keep babies warm and fed.
