St. Ninian, Antigonish, N.S.
Members of St. Ninian parish council (Antigonish, NS) have been busy preparing a Quilt of Life for the new Hospice wing of St. Martha’s Hospital. On January 21st, 23 ladies came to participate in the quilt-a-thon. The spirit in the room was uplifting and everyone had a ball in answering the League’s challenge to produce lap-quilts for Hospice and Palliative care in celebration of the League’s 100th anniversary. This special quilt is made of 32 squares that each tell a story of its own.
